高密度载脂蛋白在急性炎症反应中的作用

摘要:
高密度载脂蛋白是高密度脂蛋白中最重要的成分,其功能复杂且重要。研究表明,高密度载脂蛋白在 急性炎症反应中具有多重作用,其既可以发挥抗炎作用,也可以发挥促炎作用。本文通过检索、总结相关文献发现, 载脂蛋白(Apo)AⅠ、ApoAⅣ、ApoE、ApoM具有抗炎作用,ApoAⅡ、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)具有促炎作用,而 ApoC、ApoD、ApoH、ApoJ、ApoL1、ApoF对急性炎症反应的作用不明确。
Abstract:
High-density lipoprotein is the most important component of high density lipoprotein, and its function is complex and important. Studies have shown that high-density apolipoproteins have multiple roles in acute inflammatory responses, including both anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory effects. In this paper, by searching and summarizing the relevant literature, it is found that apolipoprotein (Apo) AⅠ, ApoAⅣ, ApoE and ApoM have anti-inflammatory effects, ApoAⅡ and serum amyloid A (SAA) have pro-inflammatory effects, and ApoC, ApoD, ApoH, ApoJ, ApoL1 and ApoF have unclear effects on acute inflammatory response.
